CUS-01 · FlowCount Customs
Clearance invoice auto-audit
Prove every line on your clearance invoice against its source.
تدقيق فواتير التخليص الجمركي مقابل مستنداتها
19 pages
7 issuers, reconciled end to end; supplier invoices matched the declaration to the cent
Basis: illustrative sample engagement (fictional data)
The problem
A clearance pack is 20 or so pages from half a dozen issuers in three scripts. It gets approved on trust because checking it by eye takes an hour nobody has.
“Seven issuers. Three scripts. One question: does it add up?”
What FlowCount does
Extract the whole pack, prove each broker recharge against its source document, and hunt for absences and contradictions. Exceptions are ranked by value.
- AI and rules used
- Vision-language extraction; deterministic reconciliation
- Builds on
- FlowCount customs prototype (built, 26 tests)
